PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Feb. 25:

* Joseph Dewayne Lemon, 32, 608 Shrewsbury Place, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and violation of a protective order. He was sentenced to 6 months of home confinement for the battery charge and 7 days of home confinement or the violation of a protective order charge with credit for one day served. One count of violation of a protective order was dismissed and he was assessed $350.50 in court costs and fines.

* Tony Allen Williamson, 33, 613 Liberty St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fleeing from an officer and obstructing an officer and was sentenced to jail for 90 days with credit for 3 days served. A charge of driving with a suspended license was dismissed and he was assessed $390.50 in court costs and fines.

* Wavel Charles Whipkey III, 32, 305 1/2 36th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to battery of a public health officer and obstructing an officer and was sentenced to jail for 180 days, suspended for one year of probation with credit for 15 days served. He was also ordered to continue treatment for Clean and Clear Recovery and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jamie Jacob Mills, 35, 2000 23rd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to hunting/fishing without a license, two counts of possession of wildlife, hunting/fishing with revoked license, hunting outside of legal hours and wanton waste of big game. For the hunting without a license charge, he was sentenced to jail for 30 days with credit for one day served; for the possession of wildlife charge, he was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation; for the hunting with a revoked license charge, he was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation; for the wanton waste of big game charge, he was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation. Charges of illegal possession, hunting and fishing without a license were dismissed and he was assessed $14,641.50 in court costs and fines.

* Steven Edward Parson, 42, 910 30th St. Apt. 6, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving impaired and driving with a suspended license and was sentenced to jail for 10 hours, served. He was assessed $615.50 in court costs and fines.

* Ryan Edward Ozanick, 45, 202 Dover St., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to a prohibited person with a firearm and was assessed $670.25 in court costs and fines. Two counts of a prohibited person with a firearm were dismissed.

* Haylee Dawn Coe, 19, 156 Jackson Lane, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

* Joshua Joseph McCune, 37, 1315 Wells Circle, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of fentanyl and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation and was ordered to continue treatment with the Mid-Ohio Valley Fellowship Home and Peer solutions. He was assessed $639.50 in court costs and fines.

* Byron Brent Meeks, 45, 1507 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a fraudulent schemes charge and was released on a $35,000 surety bond.

* James Darrell Loiseau, 54, 908 Main St., Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and is being held on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Joseph Lynn Flesher, 20, 801 18th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of harassment by computer and is being held on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Kasi Kay Smith, 36, 275 Dutch Ridge Road, Guysville, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Alanta Joachim Blocker, 34, 1332 Dillaway St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of child abuse creating the risk of injury and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Fernando Lewis Bowers, 23, 1603 1/2 Oak St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer and trespassing and is being held on a $4,000 surety bond.

* Charges of driving with a suspended license and no insurance were dismissed for Misty Nicole Wright, 35, 28315 Elk Run Road, Freeport.

* A trespassing charge was dismissed for Sienna Rae Anderson, 24, 2201 Belmont Road, Apt. A, Parkersburg.

* Two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver were dismissed for Joshua Joseph McCune, 37, 1315 Wells Circle, Parkersburg.

* Ethan Daniel Pugh, 26, 312 North Fourth St., Clarksburg, pleaded no contest to trespassing and littering charges.

* Charges of improper registration and no insurance were dismissed for Shayn Courtney Wilson, 43, 2000 19th St., Parkersburg.

* Charges of no registration and no insurance were dismissed for Courtney P. Cline, 21, 63 Carolyn Lane, Mineral Wells.

* Mitchell Shane Goodwin, 43, 1030 George St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Deanna Joyce Cunningham, 22, 501 32nd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving without a license and no insurance and was released on a $100 personal recognizance bond.

* Alexis Dawn Montomery, 31, 1402 Erie St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and trespassing and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Janie Dawn Wise, 47, 5999 North Torch Road, Little Hocking, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and is being held on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Barry Daniel Rife, 49, 303 Scott Ave., Belpre, was arraigned on charges of destruction of property and petit larceny and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Lawrence Martin Brown, 33, 1009 24th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Trenton Joseph Dwight Britton, 46, 135 Whispering Pines Court, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, a prohibited person with a firearm, driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence and no inspection and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Steven Christopher Hicks, 38, St. Marys, was arraigned on two counts of disorderly conduct, destruction of property, domestic battery and obstruction and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Brant Ryan Clendenin, 22, 3003 City View Drive, Apt. B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and destruction of property and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Kathy Scartozzi, 60, 1062 Murdoch Ave. Apt. 410, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of falsely reporting an emergency and is being held on a $1,500 cash bond.

* Essie Virginia Miller, 53, 132 Canterbury Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving impaired, obstruction and failing to render and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Marshall Lyn Polan, 33, 634 1/2 Liberty St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for the unlawful delivery of fentanyl.

* Aleisha Morgan Ashwell, 32, 1208 Camden Ave. Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $105.58 civil penalty to Walmart. She was sentenced to jail for 180 days, suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $350.50 in court costs and fines. A trespassing charge was dismissed.

* Mitchell Shane Goodwin, 43, 504 32nd St. Apt. 1, Vienna, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and two counts of shoplifting and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation. For the possession charge, he was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation. For each count of shoplifting, he was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation. He was ordered to pay a total of $278.42 in civil penalties to Walmart. Charges of public intoxication, trespassing, driving with a suspended license and improper registration were dismissed and he was assessed $340.50 in court costs and fines.

* Robert W. Ellison, 41, 987 Barth Road, Belpre, is a fugitive from justice out of Washington County and is being held at North Central Regional Jail.

* Samantha Rose Talbott, 26, 9 Lair of II, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of cell phone usage, driving third offense and no insurance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Kristen Michelle Williams-Wells, 48, 3504 12th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Brittney Nichole Meadows, 33, 130 Captain Ames Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a petit larceny charge and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Lisa Marie Myers, 40, 33 South 3rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and is being held on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Kayla Marie Ellis, 28, 3016 Meadowview Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, driving without a license, no insurance and expired registration and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Shayla Kai Youngblood, 20, 2309 Covert St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, battery and battery of a police officer and was issued $2,000 surety bond.

* Colby Gilbert MacMillan, 25, 413 East 8th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of public intoxication, two counts of obstruction, a pedestrian on a roadway and trespassing and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Michael Warren Westfall, 50, 23175 Township Road 119, Coolville, was arraigned on charges of automobile tampering, destruction of property, petit larceny, three counts of possession of a controlled substance and no insurance. He is also a fugitive from Meigs County and is being held on a $3,500 surety bond.

* Clayton Allen Mounts, 21, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond.
