Maya tweeted back: “Yeaaaaah big up the boys”.
The post gathered more than 1300 ‘likes’ and nearly 200 ‘retweets’ in less than an hour.
Rangers are due to play Eintracht Frankfurt in the final tonight.
The 27-year-old previously caused a storm on Twitter when a fan shared a pictured of her wearing a Rangers top.
She shared the snap in a now deleted tweet wondering how the photo was found but revealed it was gifted to her on her birthday.
A pal of hers had given her the Light Blue’s stripe as a present with Maya saying the Gers would be her ‘Scottish team’.
Fans of both Rangers and Celtic went to ‘war’ over the beauty’s choice of club before Maya eventually deleted the tweet declaring she was now going to remain neutral.
In a series of tweets after the ‘war’ Maya decided neutrality was best as she wanted to continue going out in Glasgow in peace.
Fans were quick to thank Maya for her support in tonight’s game.
With one fan tweeting: “Magic cheers @MayaJama!!!”
Another one said: “Yasss Maya” .
“Outstanding”
