The Teen Mom franchise is one of MTV’s most iconic and popular shows, which has had a long legacy over the past years.

“Teen Mom: The Next Chapter” is returning tonight, Oct. 4 at 8 p.m. on MTV, with Episode 5. Fans of the hit reality show can watch episodes live on Philo (free trial), FuboTV (free trial) and DirecTV Stream (free trial).

What to expect on tonight’s episode

According to MTV’s official synopsis of Season 1 Episode 4, “Cheyenne supports Cory as his newborn daughter Maya is born with a heart condition. Amber is officially done with her probation. Bentley wants social media but Maci worries about predators that lurk online. Briana gets a mental health diagnosis while Catelynn sets new boundaries with her mom and Tyler finally gets a vasectomy.”

“Teen Mom: The Next Chapter” cast features Amber Portwood, Catelynn Lowell (now Baltierra), Cheyenne Floyd, Maci Bookout (now McKinney), Ashley Jones, Briana DeJesus, Jade Cline, and Leah Messer. Kailyn Lowry chose not to return to Teen Mom Franchise, but Jenelle Evans made an appearance.
