To further educate voters in the May 2022 polls, the Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Tuesday, March 1, provided a brief overview of presidential candidates.
The poll body posted on Facebook the information cards of all the 10 presidential candidates.

On Monday, Feb. 28, Vote Pilipinas—the official voter information campaign partner of the Comelec—launched the Candidate Profile Dashboard which contains salient information about candidates for president, vice-president, senator, and party-list representative.
Ces Rondario, the founder of Vote Pilipinas, said the launch of the dashboard seeks to provide verified information about the said candidates to combat misinformation and educate the voters.
Wanting to fight the rampant misinformation on social media, the Comelec has recently forged numerous partnerships for the benefit of the voters.
As such, the Comelec has urged candidates to participate in debates so that the public can get a glimpse of how they perform under pressure and for them to give their takes on important social issues affecting the Filipino people.
Candidates, although not required, are encouraged by the poll body to participate in the debates in order for them to lay out their platforms before the public.
